The American Law Institute today featured two recently published articles by Girard Sharp partner Jordan Elias.
The ALI noted that for his short piece Antitrust Restoration from California Anchored by a New Monopolization Synthesis, Jordan turned “his research eye to core antitrust concerns” in proposing a new California anti-monopoly law.
The ALI also highlighted Jordan’s law review article The Multistate Problem in Consumer Class Actions and Three Solutions, published this fall in the Harvard Law and Policy Review. The post includes a comment by choice of law expert Symeon C. Symeonides that the article is “not only well written, but also richly documented with cases. Mr. Elias’s default rule is easier, more predictable, and he defends it well. Excellent in all respects.”
