Girard Sharp Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Tires Antitrust Litigation

Last week, Girard Sharp, along with co-counsel at Lowey Dannenberg P.C., Korein Tillery P.C., and Robins Kaplan LLP, was appointed interim lead counsel in litigation arising from unlawful agreements between some of the largest tire companies, including Goodyear, Michelin, and Bridgestone, to artificially increase tire prices for millions of Americans. Girard Sharp and their cocounsel represent consumers who purchased new replacement tires directly from the Defendants.

The case is entitled In Re: Passenger Vehicle Replacement Tires Antitrust Litigation, No. 5:24-md-03107-SL (N.D. OH).
