CrowdStrike Outage Disables Over 8.5 Million Computers
CrowdStrike is a cybersecurity company based in Austin, TX. In July 2024, CrowdStrike sent a corrupted software update to its customers, causing over 8.5 million Windows computers to become inoperable.
