This week, Girard Sharp was appointed to Plaintiff’s leadership in litigation arising from General Motors and OnStar collecting driving information from customers without their consent. Girard Sharp serves on the OnStar steering committee and will guide the litigation alongside co-lead counsel. Partner Adam Polk is taking the lead on the case for the firm.
The case is entitled In re: Consumer Vehicle Driving Data Tracking Collection, No. 1:24-md-03115-TWT (N.D. GA).
