’24-’25 Kawasaki Zx6r Models Losing Power

A stop sale has been issued for the 2024-2025 Kawasaki Zx6r, -6R KRT EDITION, KRT 40th Anniversary Edition ABS, -6R ABS, and –6R KRT EDITION ABS models. Certain affected vehicles may experience seizure of the #5 metal crankshaft bushing, potentially causing loss of engine power. Kawasaki has stated they will mail a letter to the owners of affected vehicles.
