Partner Adam Polk will be presenting at this year’s Advanced Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and TCPA Class Action Litigation conference, taking place January 21, 2022. This program will address the latest trends and case law in these areas, as well as strategic considerations for companies and their counsel.
Adam will be speaking on a panel entitled “Plaintiffs’ Perspective on New Frontiers in Privacy and Cybersecurity Litigation: Antitrust and Securities Fraud Litigation,” which will address discrete substantive and procedural issues, including approaches to valuation and settlement of securities fraud class actions. Adam will be joined by co-host Jennifer M. Oliver.
