On March 2, 2026, and March 11, 2026, an unauthorized individual accessed City Health’s electronic medical records (“EMR”). The unauthorized individual, a former business counterparty, used third-party account credentials to access the EMR platform containing the personally identifiable information of 65,000 City Health patients.
