After filing the first class action against Google for monopolizing digital advertising markets, Girard Sharp today was appointed co-lead counsel for the proposed class of advertisers.
Plaintiffs allege in part that Google rigs ad auctions in its own favor and leverages its monopoly in search advertising to control the entire market for digital advertising services, resulting in overcharges paid by the advertiser class.
