Partner Adam Polk will be presenting at this year’s ABA National Institute on Class Actions. The event will be held on October 13-15 as a virtual conference.
Adam is slated to moderate a panel entitled “Be Careful What You Wish For: Getting Tagged with Mass Arbitration” on Wednesday, October 14. The panel will be discussing the recent proliferation of mass arbitration and the impact it has had on defendants.
Adam is the current co-chair of the ABA Class Actions and Derivative Suits Committee, where he is a frequent writer and contributor for the ABA’s Practice Points articles.
This year’s Virtual National Institute on Class Actions is a premier national gathering of class action attorneys, providing practical class action insights from prominent circuit and district court judges, and the latest practical developments in class action, including trial techniques and best practices.
