The Federal Judicial Committee’s Managing Complex Litigation Workshop will be held in Denver, CO on August 24-25, 2015. Daniel Girard will participate as Attorney Faculty on the panel, “Managing Motions Practice, Experts, and Bellwethers”. Judge John Lungstrum will serve as Panel Moderator, and Judges Rebecca Pallmeyer and Rodney Sippel will serve as Faculty. Workshop participants will gain an appreciation of the importance of active case management in complex cases and learn strategies for managing complex cases efficiently and effectively.
