Girard Sharp partners Adam Polk and Simon Grille will discuss the recent proliferation of mass arbitration on Tuesday, April 11 at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Spring 2023 Seminar in Las Vegas.
Adam and Simon are slated to speak on a panel entitled “Be Careful What You Wish For: The Rise of Mass Arbitration,” where they will discuss how mass arbitration has subjected defendants to inefficiencies, administrative expense, and continued liability. Attendees will hear their thoughts on how we got where we are, and how to prepare and deploy a successful mass arbitration campaign.
At the bi-annual Mass Torts Made Perfect conference, plaintiff attorneys can connect, network and learn more about the most important mass tort and class action lawsuits pending across the country. The conference is held in the spring and fall of each year.
