Adam Polk Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Salesforce Data Breach Litigation

Girard Sharp partner Adam Polk has been appointed Co-Lead Counsel in the consolidated class action lawsuit against Salesforce, Inc., following a major data breach affecting millions of users (Case No. 25-cv-07232-JSC) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. 

The appointment recognizes Adam’s extensive experience in class action and data breach litigation, as well as his longstanding commitment to protecting consumer rights. Adam will serve alongside Sabita Soneji of Tycko & Zavareei LLP and Jason Lichtman of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP to oversee strategy, coordinate discovery, and manage this complex nationwide litigation.
