Adam Polk Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Subaru Battery Drain Class Action

Adam Polk has been appointed to serve as Co-Lead Counsel in a class action lawsuit against Subaru for an alleged battery drain defect in certain Subaru vehicles.

The litigation alleges that certain Subaru vehicles suffer from a defect that leads to sudden battery drain, resulting in dead batteries and disabled vehicles. Subaru, though aware of this defect, has been unable or unwilling to eliminate it. Learn more about the case here.
