Partner Adam Polk hosted two episodes of Common Questions, a podcast presented by the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation, with special guests Melanie Conroy and Ian Fischer.

In the first episode, Adam Polk interviews Melanie Conroy concerning the immediate and long-term implications of the Supreme Court’s latest decision on standing in class actions, TransUnion v. Ramirez.

In the next episode, Class Actions & Derivative Suits (CADS) committee co-chairs Adam Polk and Ian Fischer discuss the Eleventh Circuit’s recent decision on the existence of an ascertainability prerequisite to class certification in Cherry v.
