Girard Sharp associate Adam Polk presented a “Sound Advice” webinar for the American Bar Association’s Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee on July 29, 2016. Adam’s presentation centered on the recent amendments to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 16, 26, and 34, with a focus on how the rule changes are likely to impact lawyers at small and mid-sized law firms. The ABA’s Sound Advice series is designed to share real-world experiences among practitioners on both sides of the bar in order to educate and improve how lawyers practice. About Adam Polk Adam devotes his practice to representing plaintiffs in complex securities, antitrust, and consumer class actions, taking a client-focused approach to each case.
