Partner Adam Polk will be presenting at the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section Annual Conference, an event that brings together top litigation professionals from across the U.S. to discuss timely legal issues and the latest in trial advocacy, litigation strategy, and case management. The event takes place April 19-21, 2023.

Adam is the current co-chair of the ABA’s National Institute on Class Actions and the previous chair of the ABA’s Class Action and Derivative Suits committee, where he has been a frequent contributor of written and verbal content regarding emerging issues in class action litigation.
