Adam Polk to Present at Mass Torts Made Perfect

Partner Adam Polk will be presenting at this year’s ABA National Institute on Class Actions. The event will be held on October 13-15.

Adam is slated to speak on a panel entitled “Class Actions and Settlement Obstacles & Enhancements” on October 14 at 3:30 PST. The panel will address avoiding potential pitfalls that could sabotage a class action, and consider how to posture a class action to maximize settlement potential.

Adam also will be hosting a roundtable discussion about the ongoing Philips CPAP litigation, and, together with partner Simon Grille, will be hosting a panel discussing early case management.

At the bi-annual Mass Torts Made Perfect conference, plaintiff attorneys can connect, network and learn more about the most important mass tort and class action lawsuits pending across the country. The conference is held in the spring and fall of each year.
