Throughout his career, Adam has achieved remarkable results for his clients across various practice areas. His successful resolutions include a shareholder case against Maxar Technologies Inc. that resolved for $36.5 million, the In re Nexus 6P Products Liability Litigation and Weeks v. Google LLC consumer class actions against Google that resolved for a combined $17 million, and the In re Sears Holdings Corporation Stockholder and Derivative Litigation that resulted in a $40 million settlement.
Adam has extensive experience in securities and financial fraud litigation, where he currently serves as co-lead counsel in several high-profile cases. These include a case alleging Hewlett Packard misled investors during its merger with Computer Science Corporation to form DXC Technology Company, a shareholder case against Huntington Bancshares Inc. alleging violations of the Securities Act of 1933, and a significant class action against Illumina, Inc. that also asserts Securities Act claims.
A key focus of Adam’s practice is technologically complex litigation on behalf of consumers, where he leads several significant matters, including the Lakeview Loan Servicing Data Breach Litigation, representing over 2.5 million individuals whose personal and financial information was compromised, and In re Accellion Data Breach Litigation, a case following the theft of sensitive information from Accellion’s File Transfer Appliance system. He also serves as co-lead counsel in litigation against Delta Dental concerning the exposure of sensitive consumer data and as lead counsel in the Microsoft and PayPal Browser Extension Litigations, representing content creators and marketers in claims of commission diversion through unauthorized tracking.
In catastrophic injury matters, Adam recently served as a key member of the trial team in In re Pacific Fertility Center Litigation, securing a landmark jury award of $15 million for the loss of four families’ eggs and embryos and a global resolution with the tank manufacturer for dozens of other hopeful parents.
Adam is active in the American Bar Association, where he serves as the current co-chair of the ABA’s National Institute on Class Actions and co-chair of the Virtual Programming Board. He also serves as a leader of the American Association for Justice’s Class Action Litigation Section, where he is the chair elect.
Adam was recognized as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 every year since 2019 and was included in their Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers list in 2024.
