Erika Garcia

Erika handles complex e-discovery matters. Before joining Girard Sharp, she worked at a large international law firm with a focus on class action and commercial litigation as well as regulatory investigations. She has negotiated and drafted numerous confidentiality agreements in the mergers and acquisitions setting.

Erika is fluent in Spanish and previously served as a volunteer advocate in Ecuador for refugees from other Latin American countries.
