Biography

Jordan Isern advocates for plaintiffs in class actions and other complex litigation, with a focus on antitrust.

In In re Xyrem Antitrust Litigation, Jordan was an integral member of the co-lead counsel team. Jordan played a central role throughout the case: developing the strategy for the Section 2 claims, conducting discovery, briefing and arguing key aspects of summary judgment and Daubert motions, and helping to prepare the case for trial. Jordan also contributes to the firm’s work on several bank aiding and abetting cases for the banks’ alleged involvement in fraud and breaches of fiduciary duty.

Apart from her work in litigation, Jordan contributes to several publications. She currently serves as an associate editor to the American Bar Association Media and Technology Bulletin. And she has co-authored several articles for the American Bar Association, Daily Journal, and AAJ Trial Magazine, concerning topics such as class certification, arbitration, and antitrust.

Jordan is a graduate of Harvard Law School. In law school, she worked for the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and externed for the Honorable Judge Michael Baylson of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also interned at several nonprofit legal organizations and served as Executive Technical Editor of the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.

Outside of the courtroom, Jordan enjoys long-distance hiking and backpacking with her husband and dog. The pair most recently summited Mount Kilimanjaro (dog not included).
