On January 20, 2017, Daniel Girard will present at the Advanced Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and TCPA Class Action Litigation Strategies and Defenses seminar hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) in San Francisco. The seminar will review recent developments on the subject and provide insight on procedural traps, preventative measures, and defense strategies. Mr. Girard will be discussing trends and sharing tips as they relate to arbitration, class action settlements, and successful provisions in recent cases.
