Hosted by the Electronic Discovery Institute (EDI) and the Federal Judicial Center (FJC), Daniel Girard joins the faculty for the Second Annual Judicial Training Symposium for Federal Judges. The 2-day event held October 10, 2016 in Fort Lauderdale, FL brings together the nation’s eDiscovery experts from academia, private practice, and the judiciary to discuss emerging issues in law and technology. This year Mr. Girard will sit on panels dedicated to handling discovery and document preservation disputes.
