On September 11, 2015, Daniel Girard will join other practitioners, academics, and judges in Dallas, TX to review proposed changes to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23. The mini-conference will be hosted by the Rule 23 Subcommittee of the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Civil Rules. It will engage participants in dialogue on revisions to Rule 23 which the Subcommittee is currently investigating.
