Dena Sharp has been appointed to serve as Co-Lead Counsel in the JUUL MDL.
The litigation against JUUL alleges in part that the company sold and marketed its nicotine-delivery pods in a manner designed to attract minors, that JUUL’s marketing misrepresents or omits the fact that its products are more potent and addictive than cigarettes, and that JUUL vaping devices are unreasonably dangerous and defective.
