Dena Sharp, Elizabeth Kramer to Present at 2019 Impact Fund Class Action Conference

Girard Sharp attorneys Dena Sharp and Elizabeth Kramer will both be presenting at the 17th Annual Impact Fund Class Action Conference on February 21-22 at the Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco. Dena will have the privilege of co-announcing and recognizing the inductees into the Impact Fund Class Action Hall of Fame’s 2019 class. Dena has been invited to speak as a panelist at the Impact Fund’s Class Action Conferences in the past, and has recently co-authored a chapter in the Class Action Strategy & Practice Guide with Impact Fund Executive Director Jocelyn Larkin. Elizabeth will speak on a panel called “Defendant Interference and Intimidation,” which will address “common defense-side methods of interfering with putative and certified classes, how to get before the court, and ways to address any damage done.” The Impact Fund Class Action Conference is a premiere national gathering of plaintiff-side class action attorneys and it provides strategic leadership and support for litigation to achieve economic and social justice. Each year, the Impact Fund hosts this invitation-only event to bring together leading plaintiffs’ class action practitioners to discuss important new developments, share knowledge and ideas, and develop strategies for the future.
