Girard Sharp is proud to announce that name partner Dena Sharp has been named one of the Top Antitrust Lawyers in California for 2021 by the Daily Journal, a distinction awarded to only 27 attorneys in the state.
In an article profiling Dena’s accomplishments, the Journal noted that she “attained a $30 million settlement this year in serving as co-lead counsel for a certified class of end-payers for Restasis . . . Sharp and colleagues succeeded despite what appeared to be a major hurdle.” The Journal also praised Dena’s work as co-lead counsel in the In re Xyrem Antitrust Litigation, another generic pharmaceutical suppression case.
In addition to her ongoing antitrust work, Dena serves as co-lead counsel in the Juul Labs. Inc. multidistrict litigation and led her team to a $15 million jury verdict in the Pacific Fertility Center Litigation benefiting women and families who lost frozen eggs and embryos in an IVF tank malfunction.
