On September 23, 2020, Chief U.S. District Judge Orlando L. Garcia of the Western District of Texas granted Plaintiff’s motion for class certification and denied Defendant’s motion to strike. The case alleges that defendant USAA breached Plaintiff’s life insurance policy by charging his account in excess of the amounts permitted by the policy.
