Girard Sharp on December 14, 2022 filed a class action complaint against Silvergate Bank on behalf of investors who deposited or invested assets in FTX, the recently collapsed cryptocurrency exchange.
The complaint alleges that Silvergate aided and abetted FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried in perpetrating investment fraud.
