Girard Sharp today was appointed co-lead counsel in In re Lakeview Loan Servicing Data Breach Litigation, a data breach class action pending in the Southern District of Florida. The action is brought on behalf of customers of mortgage loan servicers Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC and Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC whose personal information was compromised in a hacking incident. The exposed data reportedly includes names, addresses, loan numbers, and Social Security numbers of over 2.5 million people.
