On September 22, 2015, Daniel Girard will join Benoit Le Bars in Paris, France to present on class action management and prevention. Girard and Le Bars will compare class actions in the U.S. and France and discuss strategies for mitigating class action risk. The collaboration comes at the heels of France’s recent introduction of class actions to its judicial system and seeks to provide business leaders with the knowledge and tools to effectively navigate through them.
