Report: SEC Investigates Agridime LLC for Ponzi Scheme
On December 11, 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a complaint in federal court against Agridime, alleging the company and its leadership was perpetrating an “active Ponzi scheme.” The SEC further alleged that Agridime raised at least $191 million in investor funds since 2021.
