More Information About the Astrana Health Data Breach

On September 23, 2026, Astrana Health filed a Form 8-K with the SEC revealing that the company recently detected unusual activity within its systems. Its investigation revealed that threat actors used social engineering to gain unauthorized access to the company’s servers. Astrana Health believes the threat actors accessed and/or acquired confidential data. Investigation remains ongoing to determine what data was accessed and whether patients, employees, or providers were affected.
