CLF Stock Suffers over 150% Drop Post Merger
CLF, one of the largest steel manufacturers in North America, completed a merger with Stelco, a Canadian steel manufacturer in November 2024. CLF issued approximately 26 million shares to former Stelco stockholders in connection with the merger. According to Yahoo!Finance, in November 2024, CLF stock experienced “155.56% decline compared to the equivalent quarter last year.”.
