Fred Hutchinson Center Data Breach Exposes Over 800,000 Patients
Fred Hutch is a cancer treatment organization with over ten clinics in Washington state. On November 19, 2023, Fred Hutch detected that its clinical servers had been compromised. The breached information reportedly includes patient names, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, medical history, lab results and insurance history. Fred Hutch intends to notify individuals affected by this data breach soon.
