Hyundai Data Breach Exposes 2.7 Million Customers

Between February 22, 2025 and March 2, 2025, hackers breached Hyundai’s software and computer systems, operated by Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA). The Social Security numbers and driver’s licenses of up to 2.7 million customers may have been compromised as a result of the intrusion. Hyundai has begun to send notification letters to affected customers.
