loanDepot Data Breach Reported to Affect 16.6 Million

LoanDepot is a mortgage lending company with over two hundred locations nationwide. On January 8th, 2024, loanDepot discovered unauthorized access to its systems and took several of its services offline. LoanDepot announced on January 22, 2024, that it would work to notify its customers who were affected by the breach.
