Patreon’s Unauthorized Subscriber Identity Disclosure Violation
Our lawsuit alleges that Patreon violated the Video Privacy Protection Act (“VPPA”) by disclosing its digital subscribers’ identities and video-viewing preferences to Facebook without proper consent.
