Girard Sharp partner Scott Grzenczyk has been appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Interim Executive Committee in the high-profile GoodRx and Pharmacy Benefit Manager Antitrust Litigation (MDL No. 3148) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. The multidistrict litigation alleges that pharmacy benefit managers have engaged in anticompetitive conduct through GoodRx’s “integrated savings program.” The case targets major PBMs including Express Scripts, MedImpact, Navitus, and CVS/Caremark.
As a member of the Executive Committee, Grzenczyk will work alongside interim co-lead counsel to advise on strategy and coordinate discovery efforts in this complex antitrust case affecting consumers nationwide.
