A proposed settlement has been reached in In re Subaru Battery Drain Products Liability Litigation, in which consumers allege that certain Subaru vehicles suffer from a design defect that can cause battery drain and failure.
The deadline to submit a claim form and supporting documentation for reimbursement is 60 days after the Effective Date, which could be as early as March 9, 2023.
