Cole Limbach represents clients in class actions and other complex civil litigation, focusing primarily on data breaches and privacy-related cases.

Cole earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco. While in law school, Cole served on the Moot Court Student Board and was an avid moot court competitor. He and his teammates reached the semifinals at the Burton D. Wechsler National First Amendment Moot Court Competition and the quarterfinals at the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Competition.

Before law school, Cole was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to teach English at a high school in Munich, Germany. He graduated from Bates College, cum laude, with a double major in philosophy and politics. Cole is an Eagle Scout and has spent much of his time volunteering with his local community.
