Girard Sharp Earns Elite Trial Lawyer Honors: Dena Sharp Among the “Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar”

We are pleased to announce that Girard Sharp recently won the National Law Journal’s 2023 Elite Trial Lawyers award for Pharmaceutical Litigation. The firm also received honorable mention in the Products Liability category and was named a finalist in the Antitrust, Class Action, Consumer Protection and Privacy/Data Breach areas.

In addition, Dena Sharp was named one of the “Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar” for the third consecutive year.

Finalists in each category were selected for achieving exemplary results for plaintiffs over the past year and were honored during a July 13 awards ceremony in New York City. Among Girard Sharp’s major recent successes that contributed to these honors were a $235 million comprehensive settlement with Altria in the JUUL e-cigarettes MDL, a $50 million settlement in the class action against Apple over allegedly defective MacBook laptop keyboards, and a $36.5 million settlement in the Maxar Technologies shareholder lawsuit.

The full list of winners and finalists is available here.

We would like to thank the National Law Journal for these accolades and for recognizing our hard work.
