Girard Sharp Earns Recognition in Chambers 2025 USA Guide

Girard Sharp is proud to announce that the firm and partners Dena Sharp and Scott Grzenczyk have been recognized in the newly released Chambers 2025 USA Guide

Chambers has been a leading authority on the legal industry for more than 30 years, and recognition in its ranking is considered one of the profession’s most prestigious distinctions.

Managing partner Dena Sharp was again ranked in Band 1 for Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff – California, marking her fifth consecutive year in the top tier. Chambers commends her “strong plaintiff-side antitrust practice,” and notes her representation of large plaintiff classes in litigation against multinational companies.

In his first Chambers USA ranking, partner Scott Grzenczyk was named an “Up and Coming” attorney in recognition of his growing influence and impressive advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs in class and individual matters.

For the second consecutive year, Girard Sharp was ranked for Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff – California, reflecting the firm’s strong track record representing plaintiffs in complex class action and antitrust matters. Chambers highlighted the firm’s reputation as a “San Francisco-based firm offering sophisticated plaintiff representation in antitrust disputes,” with particular strength in complex class actions and healthcare-related litigation.

This recognition underscores the firm’s continued leadership in plaintiff-side antitrust litigation and its dedication to delivering outstanding results for clients.
